FIXOS has been disconnected, or you are here to disconnect it. Either way, this page
explains what that means and how to be certain it is done.
To disconnect
- Sign in to QuickBooks Online as an administrator.
- Go to Settings (the gear icon) → Apps.
- Find FIXOS in the list of connected apps.
- Choose Manage, then Disconnect.
What happens then
- FIXOS immediately loses its permission to read the QuickBooks company. Its access token
stops working and cannot be renewed.
- No further data is read.
- Reports already produced inside FIX stay where they are, unless deletion is requested.
