FIX Dessert Chocolatier

FIXOS — End-User Licence Agreement

Last updated 9 September 2026

This agreement covers use of FIXOS, the internal software application operated by FIX Dessert Chocolate L.L.C.

  1. Who this is between. This agreement is between FIX Dessert Chocolate L.L.C. (“FIX”, “we”, “us”) and the FIX employee or authorised contractor using FIXOS (“you”).
  2. What FIXOS is. FIXOS is an internal business tool. It reads records from the systems FIX already uses — including QuickBooks Online — and brings them together so authorised FIX staff can review the company’s own financial and operational information in one place. FIXOS is built for FIX’s own use. It is not sold, not published to any app marketplace, and not made available to the general public.
  3. Your licence. FIX grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use FIXOS for FIX’s internal business purposes, for as long as you remain authorised. You may not copy it, sell it, sub-licence it, or give access to anyone outside FIX.
  4. How FIXOS uses QuickBooks data. FIXOS connects to FIX’s own QuickBooks Online company and reads accounting records from it. Write, update and delete operations are switched off in the application’s configuration. The data is used only to produce internal reports for FIX. It is not sold and it is not shared with anyone outside FIX, apart from the infrastructure providers that host the system. This is described in full in the privacy notice.
  5. Your responsibilities. Keep your login credentials confidential. Use FIXOS only for FIX business. Tell FIX straight away if you think an account or credential has been compromised.
  6. Disconnecting. An administrator can disconnect FIXOS from QuickBooks Online at any time, either from inside QuickBooks (Settings → Apps → Manage → Disconnect) or from the disconnect page. Once disconnected, FIXOS stops accessing the QuickBooks account.
  7. No warranty. FIXOS is provided “as is”. FIX does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Figures shown in FIXOS are for internal review only and are not a substitute for FIX’s audited financial statements.
  8. Limitation of liability. So far as the law allows, FIX is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of FIXOS.
  9. Changes. FIX may update this agreement. The current version is always the one published at this address.
  10. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction.
