Connecting FIXOS to QuickBooks

FIXOS reads FIX’s own QuickBooks Online company so the owners and managers can see accounting figures alongside the rest of the business. The connection is made once, by an administrator, and can be undone at any time.

Before connecting

• You need administrator access to the FIX QuickBooks Online company.
• Read the licence agreement and the privacy notice.

What FIXOS is allowed to do

• Read accounting records — reports, invoices, bills, customers, suppliers, products and the chart of accounts.
• It cannot create, change or delete anything. Those operations are switched off in the application’s configuration.

Making the connection

Connection is started by a FIX administrator from inside FIXOS, not from this page. QuickBooks will ask you to sign in and approve the access, then return you here.
